To an outsider, everything seems to be going smoothly for the Danish band Lukas Graham. Every time singer Lukas Forchhammer sets a goal for himself, it succeeds. He is signed by a major international label, he works with the biggest producers, he is flown all over the world to sing his hit '7 Years' on the biggest stages. And then Lukas also becomes a father for the first time. Closer look though, these are a lot of things at once. Dreams easily turn into nightmares from one moment to the next. Filmmaker René Sascha Johannsen follows the band for seven exciting years with his camera for an instructive and poetic film about balance.
