Driven cop Jang Do-Young and prosecutor Oh Jin-Woo are diametrically opposed when it comes to justice. Jang is a cop who regularly beats up the suspects in order to get a statement from them. He also does not shy away from a fight with several criminals, he prefers to do that than call in his colleagues. Because of this event, criminals will one day be released, because there is simply no evidence. But then a criminal, Yoo Kang-Jin, is released from prison. He says that he now wants to abandon crime, and only devote himself to charity. But Jang knows otherwise, and wants to bring this guy down again at any cost. Jang Do-Young and Oh Jin-Woo team up to put this criminal behind bars.
