West New York plot

Tom Colletti, a former cop, oversees the destruction of corporate bonds surrendered by a New Jersey bank. He plans to steal small amounts of each shipment without arousing suspicion. He has a petty thief from his neighborhood look for a buyer for his stolen bonds. The local mob boss is furious at not sharing in the profits and has the petty thief murdered in a brutal manner. When Tom is kidnapped by the buyers and persuaded to steal a large batch of bonds, he enlists the help of his former partner Jimmy.
