"This Cabby Ain't Askin' For No Tips."

Jason, a Los Angeles cab driver, also does some odd jobs for a local mobster. He crosses paths with the young female vigilante Christine, who is out to avenge the murder of her husband and her son. He eventually becomes entangled in the nets of the city's criminal underworld.
