Tortured plot

Jimmy Vaughn is a tough undercover FBI agent determined to break into the very powerful crime organization of the infamous and mysterious Ziggy. This succeeds when Ziggy hires him to make his accountant confess that he has defrauded Ziggy out of 10 million dollars. Jimmy subjects him to the most horrific torture, but the accountant continues to deny it. Meanwhile, Ziggy's pressure is mounting. Jimmy's father, the director of the FBI, wants his son to withdraw from this mission because he knows better than anyone else what Ziggy is capable of.
