Chicago, 1947. Prohibition is lifted. Al Capone himself is no more, but the mafia struggle for his legacy is at its peak. Instead of booze, everything now revolves around drug and arms trafficking. Former police officer Eliot Ness is enjoying his old age when a former colleague of his is shot. He feels compelled to take up the service weapon again and, together with the son of the deceased, again goes to war against the rabble.
