The beautiful Sophie Lang is a skilled and notorious jewel thief. After a long stay in England she returns to America. A New York detective who's been trying to arrest Sophie for a long time finally comes up with what seems to be a watertight plan: to catch Sophie at an unsuspecting moment. He makes her fall in love with an attractive and nice jewel thief, who happens to be traveling in the United States under an assumed name.
