The Night Stalker plot

"Some ladies of the evening will not live to see the light of another day."

Sergeant JJ Striker (Charles Napier) is a tough cop who is after a serial killer. Sommers (Robert Zdar) kills prostitutes and paints Chinese symbols on the victims. Rene (Michelle Reese) is a prostitute who teams up with Striker to catch the killer.
