Ha Chae-yoon works as a negotiator for the Seoul police. She always manages to keep calm during her work. Min Tae-Koo is a member of an international crime organization and smuggles weapons. He takes some people hostage and it's now up to Ha Chae-Yoon to rescue them. She has only twelve hours to do so.
