The Inspectors 2: A Shred of Evidence plot

One day, a man is found dead in his car. Nobody knows who the man is. He only has false papers with him: a false driver's license, a false identity card and the car has also been rented under a fictitious name. Through further investigation, inspectors Frank Hughes and Alex Urbina can link the case to a case involving large-scale credit card fraud. Their trail leads to Joe, a notorious impostor who doesn't shy away from murdering people in his credit card tampering, fake ID, and stealing information and money.
