The Hooked Generation plot

"Their bag - Supplying"

A gang of drug smugglers sets out to meet a Cuban boat full of heroin. After the encounter, they attack the Cubans and destroy their ship. When forced to flee from the Coast Guard approaching the burning ship, the bandits toss the water-resistant containers of drugs overboard, intending to retrieve them later. However, a young couple on a romantic boat trip has spotted them and alerts the coast guard.
