The Hoax plot

"Two guys become a nuclear power, open a secret Swiss bank account… and hold a city for ransom!"

Two friends find an H-bomb without detonation. The weaponry fell from a long-lost plane stuck in the rocks. They devise a plan to extort Los Angeles by threatening the city with a terrorist attack. The criminal duo demands a huge sum of money, but the FBI is soon called in.
