The Guard plot
"The FBI are about to discover that things work a little differently around here."
Three drug dealers are preparing an operation to smuggle in half a billion dollars worth of cocaine on the west coast of Ireland. The only ones standing in their way are straightforward FBI agent Wendell Everett and Gerry Boyle, a rather unconventional Irish cop with a dying mother, a taste for prostitutes and absurd humor.
