The Front plot
In this film adaptation of Patricia Cornwell's The Front, prosecutor Monique Lamont (McDowell) and investigator Garano (Sunjata) deal with a murder case in 'Watertown', one of the city's poorer neighborhoods. Soon Garano runs into trouble with some small police stations in the area and realizes that Monique had her reasons for sending him there. He also discovers that the murder case is more complex than he thought!
