The Crime of Dr. Forbes plot

Doctor Eric Godfrey has become disabled after a serious accident. Eric wants euthanasia and asks his young student Dr. Michael Forbes, asking him to overdose on painkillers so he can die peacefully. However, Forbes denies this. But the situation changes when Forbes falls in love with Eric Godfrey's wife Ellen. Then Eric Godfrey dies of a drug overdose and Fornes is seen as the prime suspect and arrested.
