A scientist discovers a formula for making synthetic gold. Before he can tell the secret to his colleagues at the International Research Foundation, however, he and the formula book are gone. Super detective Craig Kennedy is called in to solve the riddle. Together with his partner, he must track down the missing scientist and the formula. Kennedy suspects that a notorious, mysterious villain known as The Clutching Hand is behind the disappearance.
