Sekkusu Hantâ: Nureta Hyôteki plot

Okamoto Haruhiko is in prison informed of the news that his sister Natsuko, whom he idolized, has been raped and murdered by a group of drunken American soldiers. Furious, he breaks out of prison to take revenge on her killers. However, while tracking down, he discovers the existence of something so cruel and horrific, it infuriates him more than the death of his sister.
