Secrets of Monte Carlo plot

The Rajah of Bandore, an Eastern ruler, and his American bride are robbed of a fortune in jewelry on the Riviera by four thieves led by Otto Von Herzen. The gang flees to Hong Kong. They are chased by British insurance agent Charles Reeves and his sister Susan. Not very bright American entrepreneur Bill Whitfield strikes up a relationship with Stella Strutzenbacher, a smooth and stylish member of Von Herzen's gang. The opposing gang seems easy prey for Whitfield, but also for Charles and Susan.
