"The day São Paulo stopped"
The film tells the story of what was called the Brazilian 'September 11'. On this day, the PCC (an organized crime organization) decided to wage a war against the police in Brazil's largest city, Sao Paolo. The film is told through the eyes of mother Lucia, who joins the PCC to protect the life of her newly arrested son.
