Rag Doll plot

"Youth seeking thrills and finding them... the wrong kind!"

A seventeen-year-old girl can no longer stand at home and takes a hitchhiking to the London borough of Soho. She befriends a fortune teller at the fair, who helps her get a job as a waitress. Her new employer makes her sexual advances, but she rejects him. Then she meets an amateur singer. She gets pregnant by him and they get married. They decide to move to Canada, but they are short of money. The singer breaks into his employer's house. Unfortunately, during the theft, the employer wakes up and shoots the singer. The injured singer then kills his employer and kidnaps his wife. The singer flees with their car. The police launch a manhunt for the singer and the kidnapped woman.
