Picco plot
Picco puts the spotlight on everyday life in a juvenile detention center in Germany, showing mercilessly that the legal system is incapable of re-educating young offenders. Kevin is new to prison. He shares a cell with Tommy, Andy and Marc. They live together in a system where the strongest dictate the law and where oppression and violence are everyday occurrences. Kevin struggles to adjust. Especially Marc and Andy are after him. He fears he won't make it. Only Tommy advises him: In this system you are the victim or the perpetrator. Advice that will have far-reaching consequences…
