Onna Shikeishû no Datsugoku plot

Rich industrialist Imai likes to see his eldest daughter Kyôko marry Aoki, whom he sees as the ideal candidate to take over his company. However, Kyôko prefers the rough but poor Sôichi to the good Aoki. One night, when she tells her father that she refuses to marry Aoki and is pregnant with Sôichi, she is expelled from the family. Seconds after she leaves the room, however, her father falls dead, apparently poisoned. Kyôko is wrongly found guilty of this and is sentenced to death.
