Nihon de Ichiban Warui Yatsura plot

Young officer Moroboshi soon becomes a little too familiar with the other side of the law when his older colleague Murai teaches him the tricks of the police trade. Soon he's rampaging through the streets of Sapporo as a skinny, mean, sex-crazed bully, indistinguishable from a yakuza. He later becomes chief inspector, but his story to Hokkaido Prefectural Police comes to an end after he is arrested.
