"The pretty facade of the city covers a brutal secret..."

When an investigative and crime reporter looks around the scene of a brothel murder, he uncovers a conspiracy of political corruption and drug trafficking that extends to the highest levels. He joins forces with those of the female lawyer Gitte, who is not very fond of the reporter. This is because he once took nude photos of her and later had them published in a magazine. But when the duo have settled their differences, they go in search of the culprit.
