Mein Ist die Rache plot

Young beautiful Evi (Nadja Uhl) works at an orphanage to pay an old debt to the cleric Dekan (Lambert Hamel), who abuses her dependent position. She is freed by the slick trickster Girres (Ulrich Noethen), who pays Dekan off with a bad check. They get married, but Evi soon finds out that the unreliable Girres is cheating on her. She hatches a plan for revenge with the help of a couple who have lost all their savings to the con man.
