Mad at the World plot
"Teen-Age Hoodlums Living for Kicks!"
Sam and Anne Bennett's baby is seriously injured after being hit by a bottle thrown by the 'Wolf Pack', a gang of young delinquents. Police detective Tom Lynn is charged with the investigation and he orders a dismantling of all youth gangs in the city. Unfortunately, he fails to locate the members of the Wolf-Pack gang. The young father Sam Bennett then takes the matter into his own hands, because he has little faith in the authorities and he thinks the police operate too slowly. He wants to incognito infiltrate the Wolf-Pack.
