Lian Zheng Feng Yun plot
The ICAC (Independent Commission against Corruption) in Hong Kong, led by Chan King-chi, is investigating the illegal domestic trade in cigarettes that are actually intended for export. Crown witness Hui Chik-yiu, however, fled to Australia on the day of the hearing. King's wife is sent after him, further straining their ailing relationship. By following Hui's scant directions, the ICAC is trying to get to the brains behind the multi-billion dollar operation. But can everyone within the ICAC itself be trusted?
