Les Gants Blancs du Diable plot

A dignitary involved in clandestine drug smuggling once escaped jail time from a mobster in exchange for one of his eyes. Now blindness threatens in the other eye and the gangster, who has meanwhile suffered manslaughter, is kidnapped and forced to give up his good eye for a transplant. With no sight in one eye, he trains as a marksman for revenge.
