"International intrigue unmatched in scale"
A secret code message has fallen into the hands of a criminal organization. Both a secret agent and another gangster are both looking for the piece of paper. When the agent is captured by the mobster, there is no other option but to make a pact and start working together. However, as soon as the paper in question comes into view, all friendly promises disappear like snow in the sun.
