"He aims to please."
Tyrone Tackett travels to Southern California to attend his brother's funeral. He was killed when his car crashed into a crash barrier while drunk, but Tyrone has his doubts and decides to investigate. He is opposed from all sides, confirming his suspicion that his brother has been murdered. Tackett decides not to stop there and goes in search of the killer.
