High Treason plot
Sabotage strikes the London docks as communists set out to cripple the British economy and undermine the government. The police suspect a foreman in the plot, but when he asks for help from the secret conspirators, he is murdered. However, the police are unaware of the fact that the saboteurs are planning to use a powerful bomb to blow up large power plants in order to throw industrial life in England into complete chaos.
