Fünf vor 12 in Caracas plot

A detective is hired by a rich man to investigate the kidnapping of his daughter. She is a reporter writing a revealing article about a drug smuggling organization in Caracas, Venezuela. Once in Caracas, the detective is not sure of his life and is blamed for a murder. He then decides to team up with a British narcotics agent and his female partner, who are also behind the drug cartel.
