Flannelfoot plot

Post-war Berlin. In a nightclub, Inspector Duggan is on the trail of a notorious bandit. The criminal makes an attempt on his life and seriously injures him. Duggan then goes to London where, assisted by the detective Fitzgerald, he investigates the Flannelfoot case. Flannelfoot is a successful burglar and jewel thief who is believed to be related to the events in Berlin.
