Finger Man plot

"I put the finger on Public Enemy Number One!"

Casey Martin is a professional criminal nicknamed The Finger Man. To avoid jail time, he decides to team up with the FBI to catch an even bigger criminal, Dutch Becker. Becker's girlfriend Gladys soon sided with Martin, but his rough right-hand man Lou Terpe is more difficult to play.
