Dragnet Patrol plot
1930s America. The rambunctious sailor Larry White marries the attractive Millie. Millie turns out to love a luxurious life. He therefore rents his boat to the criminal businessman Jim Grainger for the transport of banned rum. However, the federal government is on the trail and Larry also has to deal with Grainger's unfaithful wife Ethel Bainbrick. An understanding judge eventually seems to be needed before Larry gets straight and can return to Millie.
