Die Polizistin plot
Anne (Schmeidel), a young policewoman, is transferred to the provincial town of Rostock after her training in Berlin. Unlike her colleagues, she is not yet hardened and her humane feelings are still under the law. In this way - in between other assignments - she takes care of the fate of ten-year-old Benny (Grubba), who threatens to go astray. His mother has no time to meddle with him and his divorced father, a Russian asylum seeker, wants nothing to do with the police. But then Benny disappears without a trace during his birthday party. Even though her partner Mike (Prahl) wants to change her mind, she neglects her assignment for Benny.
