A hardened criminal named Lukas forces a former inmate and petty thief, Penny, to participate in a bank robbery. However, this ends in a hostage situation, in which Penny is thrown into the arms of the unfortunate victim Sandra. It is up to Commissioner Krumm to set the record straight.
