While neighborhood police investigate a theft of dynamite from an army barracks, the corps is also confronted with complaints about ground tremors in a neighborhood. Animals become restless and people cannot sleep. The agents investigate but are left with a mystery. Until they come across a long, deep tunnel in that same neighborhood.
