Cilveki Tur plot

Jan is a 20-year-old Russian who lives with his grandfather in an abandoned high-rise district on the outskirts of Riga. Most of the time he hangs out with his best friend Cracker with whom he smokes grass and commits petty theft. There seems to be no way out of the ghetto - until one night he falls head over heels for Sabina. She comes from very different social circles and turns Jan's life upside down. He likes the comfortable, carefree life. Love and the desire for change free him from his apathy.
