This movie about the Boston Strangler takes a closer look at whether or not the Boston Strangler could be arrested. Rumor has it that the man arrested for the offenses was not the Boston Strangler at all and had nothing to do with the offenses, but was forced to confess in order to restore calm in and around Boston. There, in the late 1960s, the Boston Strangler killed an estimated 13 women.
