"Murder is a two-way street."
Tess Thorne is a well-known and respected author of thrillers and mysteries. One evening after a book signing, she drives the long way back home. Suddenly, she suffers a blowout on a lonely stretch of New England. She is relieved when a driver stops and comes to her rescue. However, Tess soon discovers that her rescuer is a molester and serial killer.
