You Know What Sailors Are plot

During a drunken stupor, three British naval officers attach an old pram and a pawnbroker's weapon to the stern of a foreign naval vessel. The next morning, a driven officer sees the strange appendages on the ship and mistakenly concludes that they are part of a sophisticated, top-secret radar installation. The British navy's top management is demanding that their other ships be equipped with the same 'radar installation'. The joke of the three officers turns out to have a snowball effect and lead to a major international incident.
