Yamada-kun to Lv999 no Koi wo Suru plot

University student Akane Kinoshita has recently been dumped by her boyfriend and is still heartbroken by the rejection. Through an online game, she meets high school student and professional gamer Akito Yamada. At first, she thinks he is rude and cold to people, but sometimes he shows his softer side. This gradually makes Akane feel attracted to Akito. However, Akito has no interest in romance at all, only in video games.
