"The comedy RIOT of the SEASON!!"
Lieutenant Commander Robert Badger works in the Navy and is good at his job. However, he has the problem that he is often too honest and this ensures that he is taken off the ship and has to work on land. Badger gets a teaching job at Royal Naval College. But here too, Badger goes wrong again.
