Vogues of 1938 plot
"A Revelation in Entertainment!"
The aristocratic Van Kletterings are in sackcloth and ashes. Their young daughter Wendy wants to remedy this by marrying the rich but dull Henry Morgan. However, she leaves him at the altar and goes to work as a model for the fashion designer George Curson, whom she immediately falls for. However, he is happily married and takes out debt financing for a show to please his wife Mary, who yearns for fame. Vindictive Morgan, jealous of George, hopes to accelerate his bankruptcy. Can the Curson family still be saved from destruction?
