"Did you ever feel you were about to explode?"
Georges Washington Winsterhammerman leads an everyday life. He is married, has a child, a house and a boat. Every day he joins Jeffers Corporation, the largest and most profitable company that ever existed. It's a comfortable job, but when people from his work environment literally explode due to stress, he fears an epidemic has broken out somewhere and he could also get sick. He consults a doctor, who tells him he has the first symptoms of an impending explosion.
