In the 1970s, when all young men were required to serve in the army in Italy, Nicoletta Bianchi, a girl, is accidentally drafted. She takes advantage of the situation because she wants to control her boyfriend Fabrizio, who she says is a womanizer. However, this is not the only strange condition in the barracks. Private Proietti hides his son because the mother has been arrested for smuggling, Sergeant La Rosa and Samperi have just lost the code for the encrypted messages and thus make up all the orders coming from above. Could the regiment survive the incoming general maneuver?
