Vaders & Zonen plot
Loet (Fedja van Huêt) has already passed forty, but still lives with his brother Winnie (Guido Pollemans) at home with their dominant and ill-mannered father Baltus. The sons live on their father's allowance and do everything he tells them to, until Baltus is suddenly dead in front of the TV. What now? The brothers have been told all their lives that they can't do anything and have never made it beyond the local supermarket. To keep their father's benefit, they put Dad in the freezer for a while. When their father is called for his six-monthly heart check, the brothers decide to rustle up an old man at a retirement home nearby who can pretend to be Baltus...
