"Who knew so many little people would throw such a huge party?"

On the eve of World War II, Japanese tourists, Gestapo, secret agents, barking dogs and 150 Lilliputians who want to audition for "The Wizard of Oz" cause chaos and confusion at the Under the Rainbow hotel in Los Angeles. Amid all the intrigue and misunderstanding, a romance blossoms between agent Bruce Thorpe and casting agent Annie Clark.
