Umudumuz Saban plot
The residents of a poor neighborhood in Istanbul live in constant fear that a wealthy landowner will take their houses from them. When it turns out that their 'neighbourhood manager' is in cahoots with such a rich man, only a miracle can save the poor neighborhood residents. That miracle comes in the form of "Ringo" Saban, who becomes a real plague for the bad guys with his cowboy outfit.
